About Extrusion

There are currently four extrusion lines, which make all different types of tubing for lighting, fluorescent tubes, and also emergency lighting. Cool Water Bottles also make a variety of pharmaceutical products; "we supply items into the food hygiene market and pyrotechnic market. Other forms of tubing that we produce are swab tubes, and a popular rectangular tube and sugar hopper bodies for drinks dispensers.


We can produce a tube anywhere between 8mil diameter to 146mil diameter which vary in wall thickness, and we use a wide range of materials such as Polycarbonate, Flame Retardant Polycarbonate, Glass Filled Polycarbonate, Polyethylene, High Impact Styrene and PVC.

All our products are available in any colour, we pride ourselves on hard work and dedication, flexibility and innovative approach to each and everyone of our customer needs.

We are always open to new projects within the Extrusion Industry.

Cool Water Bottles core capability of expertise is derived from our ability to design, tool development and manufacture cost effective Injection Moulding and Extruded items for a variety of plastics users.

Our unique feature is the experience of the directors in the design, and manufacture of Injection moulding systems, and extrusion made products, and the two processes housed under one roof. We also have a wide range of ancillary equipment along with Extrusion, and Moulding machines.

We provide a service to companies utilising precision Plastic Mouldings, and Extrusions. If necessary we can design, and develop appropriate tools as well as manufacturing to order.In our current area of operation we are not just another Injection Moulding company which must compete usually on a cost basis with many other companies.Our abilities in Extrusion products give us a "one stop" shop capability, which we want to develop and promote
