There are currently four extrusion lines, which
make all different types of tubing for lighting,
fluorescent tubes, and also emergency lighting.
Cool Water Bottles also make a variety of pharmaceutical
products; "we supply items into the food
hygiene market and pyrotechnic market. Other forms
of tubing that we produce are swab tubes, and
a popular rectangular tube and sugar hopper bodies
for drinks dispensers.
We can produce a tube anywhere between 8mil diameter
to 146mil diameter which vary in wall thickness,
and we use a wide range of materials such as Polycarbonate,
Flame Retardant Polycarbonate, Glass Filled Polycarbonate,
Polyethylene, High Impact Styrene and PVC.
