We are a contract injection moulding and extrusion
company, producing a wide range of products in
a number of different plastics. Making products
for blue chip companies, such as. Ministry of
Defence, Woolworths, Wilkinsons, Poundstretcher,
also Raytheon Electronic Systems.
Currently we have 8 injection moulding machines
from 65 to 300 tonnes, and 4 extrusion lines.
We process a variety of polymers but primarily
our business centres around polypropylene moulding
and polycarbonate and polystyrene extrusion.
The moulded products we produce include housewares
(bowls, beakers, storage containers), closures
for medical / toiletries, parts for automotive
companies, and parts for the teletronics industry.
The extruded products we produce are primarily
tubes, although we do have a small number of triangular,
rectangular and profile extrusions. We supply
items into the food hygiene markets, lighting,
safety, and pyrotechnic markets.
It is the companies policy to operate with the
BS EN ISO 90001:2000 Standard through registration,
internal annual review and independent external
audit.
Within Wales, we feel we occupy a unique position
as a contract moulding and extrusion company,
there is not another company that offers these
services under the same roof. We also pride ourselves
on our flexibility and innovative approach to
our customers needs. As a result of our many years
in the plastic packaging industry we are often
used as a product or service finder of other items
for our customers. An example of this would be
the sourcing, design input, supply and installation
of automation equipment at one of our extrusion
customers.
